I'm Mia, a holistic and intentional living advocate to my core. With over a decades experience as a creative and designer, and now finding my voice as a writer, certified Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Healing Arts Practitioner – where I've had the honor of becoming a student of ritual and wisdom through Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic practices and ancient energetic healing modalities originating in Japan – I've begun to witness my craft of the wild interconnected web of life and all it's art forms weaving together in an unexpected way.

Some things will always ring true though. I'm passionate about traveling light, wanderlust, creative living, simple joys, finding stillness, and a definition of happiness and success that lives in the eye of the beholder.

With an emphasis on profound simplicity and self-discovery, Life in Ceremony honors intentional living with a holistic foundation that deeply connects to the powers rooted in nature and returning to our own wild state.
